Creating an Insight Timer account is quick and easy. You can sign up in two ways:

Via the App

1. Download the Insight Timer app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

2. Open the app.

3. Tap Create an Account on the welcome screen.

4. Choose how you’d like to sign up:

   • Email address

   • Google account

   • Apple ID

Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Via the Website

1. Visit insighttimer.com.

2. Click Log In in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. Click Sign Up.
