Groups are a great way to connect with like-minded individuals and build a supportive community. You can create a Group using either the website or the mobile app.
Via the Website:
Go to insighttimer.com and log in to your account.
In the left-hand panel, click the black plus (+) icon.
Follow the prompts to complete the Group creation process.
Via the App:
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Tap Groups.
Tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.
Enter your Group details and follow the prompts to create it.
You can then customize your Group settings and start inviting members.
