If you're already a group admin, you can promote another community member to admin status. This lets you share group management responsibilities with trusted members.
Assign Admin Rights
Follow these steps to make someone an admin:
- Open the group you manage.
- Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to view your group members.
- Tap the profile of the member you want to promote.
- Select Make Admin.
Important: Only Group Admins Can Create New Admins
Only existing group admins have the power to assign admin rights to other members. If you're not yet an admin, reach out to your group's current admins about getting promoted.
