Why your downloaded track shows as failed
If a downloaded track displays a "Failed" status, the file didn't download completely or encountered an issue during the process. The good news is you can fix this quickly by removing the incomplete file and trying again.
How to fix a failed download
- Open the affected track in your library.
- Tap the three dots (⋯) menu beside the bookmark icon.
- Select Downloaded to toggle it off, then tap Remove.
- Tap Download again and wait for it to finish.

- Stay on the screen while the download runs. Don't switch apps or lock your device.
- Keep watching until the progress reaches 100%.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection throughout the process.
