Viewing your recently played tracks is simple. Just follow these steps:
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap the Saved tab (fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).
Tap Recently Played at the top to see your recent listening history.
Your most recently played tracks will be listed there for easy access.
