If you would like to start a timer session without a set duration, please follow these steps:
Open the Insight Timer app.
Go to the Timer tab (middle icon) at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Duration.
Select the Infinity (∞) option.
Tap Save to confirm your settings.
Your timer will now run without a predetermined end time.
