Create a meditation preset to save your favorite timer settings and start your practice with one tap.
Save Your First Preset
- Go to the Timer tab (middle icon) at the bottom of the screen
- Customize your session by setting:
- Duration — how long you want to meditate
- Interval Bells — bells that ring at set intervals
- Ambient Sound — background sounds like rain or ocean waves
- Ending Bell — the sound that marks the end of your session
- Tap the three dots (⋯) beside the Play icon
- Select Save as Preset
- Enter a name for your preset (something like "Morning Meditation" or "Evening Wind-Down")
- Tap Done
Use Your Presets
Once saved, your preset is available in the Timer tab for quick access. Just tap it and hit play—no setup needed. This makes it easy to maintain a consistent mindfulness practice with your preferred settings.
