If downloads aren't working, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Check Your MemberPlus Subscription
Downloading and offline listening are exclusive features of our MemberPlus subscription. Make sure you're subscribed to use them. If you're on the free tier, you can stream any of our 300,000+ guided meditations, sleep sounds, and mindfulness practices anytime—you just need an internet connection.
Verify You Have Storage Space
Check your device's available storage. If you're running low on space, your downloads may be blocked. Free up some space on your phone or tablet and try again.
Check Your Download Progress
A track might still be downloading even if it doesn't show up immediately. Look for the download progress bar and let it complete fully before you try to use the track offline.
Check Your Internet Connection
A slow or unstable internet connection can interrupt downloads. Make sure you have a strong, stable connection before starting a download. Try moving closer to your router or connecting to a different network if your signal is weak.
