Why are my tracks not downloading?

There are possible reasons why your tracks are not downloading:

  1. You are not a subscriber to Member Plus. Offline Listening and downloading are only available in the paid version of the app.
  2. You don't have enough storage space in your device.
  3. Your track hasn't finished downloading yet. Kindly wait for the progress bar to finish.
  4. Your internet connection is slow.
