How to log in to the Insight Timer app

Once you've created your account, logging in to the Insight Timer app is quick and straightforward. You'll have immediate access to thousands of guided meditations, sleep content, mindfulness practices, yoga, breathwork, and more. Let's get you started.


Login steps

  1. Open the Insight Timer app on your phone or tablet.
  2. On the opening screen, tap I already have an account.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account in the first field.
  4. Enter your password in the second field.
  5. Tap Log in to access your account.


What you'll see after logging in

Once you're logged in, you'll be able to explore Insight Timer's full library of 300,000+ guided practices from 20,000+ teachers in 50+ languages. You can browse by type (meditation, sleep, yoga, breathwork), by teacher, or by topic. 

Your saved tracks, bookmarks, and playlists will be waiting for you, and you can track your meditation statistics and progress.


Forgot your password?

No worries—passwords can be hard to remember. If you can't recall yours, tap in the password field and select Forgot Password. We'll send you instructions to create a new one. You should receive the reset email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam and junk folders too.


Can't remember your login email address?
