Syncing your Insight Timer account when you switch devices is automatic and simple. Just log in with your existing account details and everything will sync right away.
What syncs automatically
When you sign in on your new device, you'll have access to:
- Your saved content and bookmarks
- Your playlists and custom collections
- Your meditation history and progress
- Your profile information and preferences
What you'll need to re-download
Any sessions or content you downloaded for offline listening on your previous device will need to be re-downloaded on the new device. Your account remembers which content you've downloaded, so you can easily find and download it again.
