Help, I can't Login.

A login issue is usually caused by providing the wrong email address or password. 

Via the app. 

  1. Select More Options on the opening screen of the app.
  2. Click Login at the bottom of the page.
  3. Tap the password field and Select Forgot.

Via the website.

If you can't remember your login email address, please get in touch with us here and provide us with the following details:

  • Your Profile display name

  • Description of your Profile photo

  • Location as set on your Profile
