I downloaded a track, but it displays as failed.

This maybe because the downloaded file is corrupted. To re-download the file:

  1. Select the track
  2. Select the 3DOTS
  3. Tap the cloud icon/download button to remove it
  4. Select Remove in the pop-up window.
  5. Then, tap the cloud icon/download button again. Please stay on the screen until the track has 100% finished downloading. Please also make sure you are connected to the Internet while downloading.
