Subscription / Donation Cancelation and Refund Policy

Generally, all charges for members plus subscriptions and donations are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods of the subscription. It is up to the discretion of the processor (Google Play or Apple) to successfully process the refund request. For payments via the website, most refunds are accepted if requested within 7 days of payment.

If you’d like a refund for a member plus subscription, please be sure to cancel your subscription prior to your refund request. After canceling your subscription, you will be able to use Insight Timer for the remaining days that you have already paid for. When your subscription expires, it will not be renewed. You can opt back in at any time. Canceling your subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on the cancelation date. Deleting the app and/or your account does NOT cancel your subscription.
