Change Your Favorite Track on Your Profile
Your favorite track appears on your profile for other community members to discover. You can change it anytime, though the current version doesn't allow you to remove it completely. Here's how to select a new favorite meditation.
Steps to Change Your Favorite Track
- Open the app and log in to your account.
- Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select View Profile from the menu options.
- Find the section labeled Favourite track and tap the Edit button (pencil icon) next to it.
Browse through the available tracks—you might find a new favorite meditation, sleep practice, or mindfulness session—and select the one you'd like to set as your favorite.
Your Profile Updates Automatically
Once you select a new favorite track, your profile displays the updated choice right away. This is a great way to share practices you love with the community and help other members discover content that's meaningful to you.
