Your profile photo is one of the first things community members see when they visit your profile. Here's how to upload or update it:
Steps to add or change your profile photo
- Open the Insight Timer app on your device
- Tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines, ☰) in the top-left corner
- Tap View Profile.
- Select Edit details
- Tap the pencil icon under your profile photo thumbnail
- Choose your new photo from your device and make sure it complies with our Community Guidelines
- Select Finish to save your changes
Important requirements for your profile photo
Community Guidelines compliance: Your profile photo must comply with Insight Timer's Community Guidelines. It should be appropriate, respectful, and represent who you are as a teacher or community member. Avoid photos that are offensive, misleading, or violate our community standards.
Permissions: Before you start, make sure you've granted the Insight Timer app permission to access your photos in your device settings. Without this permission, you won't be able to select a photo. If you're having trouble, check your device's privacy settings and enable photo access for Insight Timer.
