Why haven’t I received any payment yet?

There are two methods of payment available on Insight Timer: Paypal and Bank transfer.


If you are paid via Paypal, it's possible that you have yet to earn over the payment threshold of US$10 USD. 


If you're paid via bank transfer, there are a few common reasons why you may not have received your payment yet:


  1. You have not provided us with your bank details or tax identification number. If you haven't yet provided Insight Timer with your bank details or tax identification number, your payment cannot be processed. Make sure to provide this information as soon as possible to avoid any delays in payment.
  2. You have yet to earn over the payment threshold of $100 USD for bank transfers. Bank transfers have a higher payment threshold than Paypal, so it may take longer to reach this amount.
  3. Bank transfers are processed on the 25th of every month and can take up to 10 days to arrive in your account. If you've already met the payment threshold and provided your bank details, your payment may simply be delayed due to processing times.
