Why can't I make an in-app purchase?

If you're experiencing restrictions when trying to make in-app purchases, follow these steps to remove them:


For iOS Devices:


  1. Navigate to your device's Settings.
  2. Select Screen Time.
  3. Click on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  4. Enable Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  5. Go to iTunes & App Store Purchases.
  6. Select In-app Purchases.
  7. Ensure 'Allow' is checked.


For Android Devices:


  1. Open the Play Store and click on the menu button located in the top left-hand corner.
  2. Scroll down and select the Settings tab, where you'll find the 'Require authentication for purchases' option.
  3. Click on this option and select 'For all purchases through Google Play on this device'.
  4. If your phone has a fingerprint sensor, fingerprint authentication will also be available.
